अगर किसी कर्मचारी की Gross Salary ₹20,000 प्रति माह है, तो उसका पूरा PF, ESIC, Bonus और Leave Structure इस प्रकार होगा 👇
🔹 1️⃣ Salary Structure (Monthly)
Basic (50%) = ₹10,000
HRA / Other Allowances = ₹10,000
👉 Total Gross Salary = ₹20,000
🔹 2️⃣ PF (Provident Fund)
नियम अनुसार PF Basic Salary पर लगता है।
Employee PF (12%) = ₹1,200
Employer PF (12%) = ₹1,200
👉 Employer के ₹1,200 में से:
• ₹833 EPS (Pension)
• ₹367 EPF
✅ Salary से कटेगा = ₹1,200
✅ Total PF जमा = ₹2,400 प्रति माह
🔹 3️⃣ ESIC (Applicable if Gross ≤ ₹21,000)
Employee ESIC (0.75%) = ₹150
Employer ESIC (3.25%) = ₹650
✅ Salary से कटेगा = ₹150
🔹 4️⃣ Total Monthly Deduction (Employee Side)
PF = ₹1,200
ESIC = ₹150
👉 Total Deduction = ₹1,350
💰 In-Hand Salary ≈ ₹18,650 प्रति माह
🔹 5️⃣ Bonus (Yearly)
Minimum Bonus = 8.33%
Maximum Bonus = 20%
Bonus calculation ₹7,000 या Minimum Wage (जो अधिक हो) पर होती है।
👉 Approx Minimum Yearly Bonus ≈ ₹7,000
🔹 6️⃣ Leave Entitlement (Annual)
✔ Casual Leave (CL) = 6–12 दिन
✔ Sick Leave (SL) = 6–12 दिन
✔ Earned Leave (EL) = 15–18 दिन
✔ National Holidays
🔹 7️⃣ Other Benefits
✔ 5 साल बाद Gratuity
✔ PF Pension (EPS)
✔ ESIC Medical & Accident Benefit
✔ Maternity Benefit
